All orders are shipped from California, USA.

The shipping & handling fee is added automatically to your order.
It is based on the order total, regardless of the destination.

There is no extra charge for shipping outside of the USA - everybody pays the same!

We may require a carrier upgrade depending of the destination country.

Payments

Payments can be done through a credit card or a PayPal account. We also accept checks and bank wires. Please note that a $40 processing fee applies on checks and bank wires for orders below $1000.

We do not charge VAT or other taxes, except for US Californian customers who are charged a 8.75% sales tax.
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged duty taxes by the destination country.

Availability, Backorders, Refunds & Returns

We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order. Availability shown on the website is not guaranteed.
When an item is temporarily out of stock, we usually keep it on sale with a price reduction and an estimated delivery date.
Orders unshipped or on backorder can be fully refunded upon simple request. For orders already shipped, we may allow a return at our discretion, and if so we'll charge a restocking fee.
